Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Student Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for student inquiries, providing timely and accurate responses to ensure a high level of student satisfaction.
  • Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day operational tasks related to student services, including managing student records, coordinating with academic staff, and ensuring the smooth execution of student-related processes.
  • Problem Resolution: Address and resolve student concerns or issues promptly, working to find effective solutions and escalate matters as necessary.
  • Communication: Maintain clear and professional communication with students through various channels (email, phone, in-person) to keep them informed about important updates, deadlines, and procedures.
  • Data Management: Manage and update data and records accurately, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations and institutional policies.
